Good to skin and hair

I thought I’ll regret buying this but it turns out great. At my very first take, I got smelly sweats specially underarm, so I was worried and thought I should stop taking it. To think, my underarm never smells and I never ever used deodorant in my entire life. But, I continued and the smell stops. Now my bottle is about to empty when everyone noticed my skin got smooth. And take note, I always have dry and itchy skin because I don’t put on lotion cause it makes me feel hot and I’m too lazy for that. My hair isn’t as dry and frizzy like before. I didn’t noticed anything new with my nails tho. It’s just that the pills are too big that sometimes it stucks so you need to drink lots of water every take. Which is good cause water’s good to our body. I’ll order again soon.

Nothing noticeable

My primary reason of buying this ir to reduce my hairfall. Its fine with me and i notice a reduced amount of hairfall. I took 2 tablets a day instead of 4..
