Thank you for your question. Since we don't know what kind of gear you need, we didn't install the gears before. There are many types of gears in the package to choose from, you can choose the right gear, you just tap the gear on with a hammer.

I have a 19t gear on my current motor, would the 10t work or do i need to find 19t gear to go on this?

The 10 will change the speed by quite a bit of will enen work. You should be able to get the 19 off the old motor and reuse.
