Why did you pick this product vs others?:First time use. Bought this to test my new lithium battery charging system. Didn’t want to spend a whole lot of money while testing.The goodDischarge my battery to 50%. Installed with good wire and with my fluke at pro God 30.4 A charge bulk.. then at about 13.5 V charge dropped to 15 A. I have it set on lithium charge at a max voltage of 14.4 V.The badThe hook up terminals are on the small side. Fix was to buy a cheap pair of jumper cables from Walmart and I cut the copper connections to fit the small screws on the input/output terminals.I I now have the promise charge current output. It does work as promised, but I have low time usage. Hopefully it will last for a long time. The fans are somewhat noisy, but no more noisier than a box fan, I would say probably 55 DB’s maybe 60. My gaming laptop is noisier.Value for money:since I was using this as a test bed, I did not want to get excessive in price. My whole set up including a 45 amp converter with chargers set up cost about $350 less than 400 for converter separate charger and lithium battery. The converter and charger are from the same company. surprise as how well it actually turned out!My settings converter set at 13.2 V 45 A. DC to DC charger set on a lithium with a max of 30 A.150 amp cheap jumper cable interconnects both. At 30 amp bulk charge output was 30.4 A with an input of 40 amp. Float charge was 15.5 A with an input of 20.5 A. longevity has yet to be tested.

The media could not be loaded. Prods - built strong, works good alsoCons - terminals for power cables too small - impossible to use standard cable terminals. Need to grind every terminal from both sides to fit then in narrow spaces. Moreover power connections should be rotated on 90 degrees because it’s difficult to connect to power terminals. Would return products and newer buy VEVOR dc to dc because it’s has terrible power terminals. I love VEVOR products, but this charger must be modified. I bought this to charge a 100ah lithium battery in my off-road camping trailer (it runs my 12v fridge, lights, etc). Just drove 1000 miles with the dc to dc charger and it worked flawlessly. I use a Bluetooth voltage monitor so I could see it working. Only knock on it as others have said is the terminal connections are a bit small for proper gauge wire. That said, given the price, I’m very happy with the purchase. I made it work.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:WORKS great in my dump trailer. Needs to be tweaked as per instructions. Charges battery fast in between dumps.

Terminals are small but luckily the 30 amp model only charges with 11.9-12.2 amps so I guess it doesn’t need the larger terminals. I double checked the half amperage switch is not active and when I do activate it, it charges at 6 amps. Kinda a waste and I’m bummed.

I have to say that I am a sucker for saving some cash but I do not like to deprive myself of quality. I decided to go with this charger and I am glad I did. I find this charger to be pretty small and compact and the build quality to be very good. I wired it with 10g wire and 2 30 amp fuses in my ice cream truck. I needed to keep my lithium battery charged while driving to keep my freezer going and it does the trick.

Easy to install. Works well so far

After fooling with this charger for a day or more, I found out it will only puts out 130 watts about a third of what it is rated. Total waste of money.
