Very good for the posture. I don't have a problem with the headrest even if it's not same brand.
It only came with one loose cable that I was able to easily put where it belonged, thanks to the online forums and subforums that are dedicated to the praises Herman Miller. And that cable being "loose" was not a defect, it was perfectly easy to slot into place and may have just shipped like that by design, but don't take my word on it. After some months of sitting in it, I can understand perfectly the praises. I know that a chair that accounts for adjustability of every feature costs money to manufacture. Yet now that I've had a Herman Miller, I find myself asking every day... why don't all chairs do this! I will never be able to go back from individually adjusting the arms... having adjustable (and actually good) lumbar support... having head support. Some other reviews say that the headrest doesn't match the brand but I myself (5'4" for a reference point, if it matters) find it perfectly suitable for my needs. It hasn't been falling off, hindering my neck, or doing any witchcraft when I'm not looking. All in all, a solid chair 100% worth its price. I picked it up on Amazon for the fast shipping, convenience, and general Amazon policies. I have not regretted it. Though one must be very careful to sit in it in the way that it's intended. I naturally liked to shrimp or slump ... it was a habit that I had to consciously break to be able to reap the benefits of this chair.

Received chair with defective parts, therefore making installation of posture system impossible.
I expected a chair that was superior to everything. What I received was a chair with defective parts. The cable that controls posture back system extends but 1/8th of an inch, thus making it impossible to fit through mesh back into wishbone. Installation instructions are non existent and I had to watch a half dozen videos online to figure out what was wrong. Iโm not spending another dime on this chair. What I paid was astronomical for an office chair and I expected quality.

As others have said, the headrest isn't genuine Herman Miller and will pop off
I have been sitting in this chair for about six months now and it meets my needs in all respects but one: the Chairorama headrest. I can see from other reviews that many others have had the same complaint. The mesh on the headrest would seem to match the mesh on the Herman Miller chair, so a user might not notice that the headrest doesn't go with the chair at first. But when you go for your first serious stretch in the chair, leaning backward and putting pressure on the headrest, it pops off. I hesitate to say that it "breaks" off because I don't notice any broken plastic parts. But because it requires a screwdriver to reinstall, it's a pain in the butt to get it back on when it comes off, and you always have to remember to treat it gingerly and not put any real pressure on it if you don't want it to come off again. The chair is less comfortable without a headrest, so it's not an option to leave it off. I wonder if there's an option to get a genuine Herman Miller one that will stay on. I paid a lot of money for this chair because I had an end-of-year work-from-home budget and wanted something top-dollar, but my guess is that there are chairs out there that are just as good for one third the price.

Great Chair and Fantastic Customer Service from Seller
The idea of spending upwards of $800+ on a chair did not sit well with me. It just seemed like a lot. But I have been having back problems, the result of a cycling crash, and my previous office chair just was not cutting it. So I caved. When the chair arrived, it was fairly easy to assemble. But when we went to assemble the piece for back support, one of the sides had a crack in it. I immediately sent an message to the Seller via Amazon's messaging. When I did not receive a response about 48 hours later, I was a bit disappointed, only to return home to find that a replacement part had been sent - and delivered. It was a no-questions-asked replacement of the part. I replaced the part this morning, which was very easy to do and the chair is great. The entire experience has been just wonderful. I suppose I will know how I feel in another year, but for now, I recommend both the chair and the Seller. - Cheers.

lumbar support verty difficulat to install
The chair certainly is comfortable enough and contains lots of adjustment features. The adjustable lumbar support was almost impossible to install given my moderate arthritis. As an engineer, it is clear this feature was and after-market add-in with little thought with regards to installation.
