I've tried several supplements for male health over the years, but never seemed to reap much benefit from any of them. With this one however, there was a noticeable difference in strength, endurance and muscle tone. My search queries for natural ways to raise testosterone and lower estrogen levels led me to turkesterone and ecdysterone, as well as DIM (Diindolylmethane). I had already been taking tongkat ali and fadogia agrestis, as well as pine pollen and a few other things, but adding these to the stack, really did the trick. All through my 20's, 30's and 40's, I could never do much more than 25 push-ups - despite diet and daily exercise. I'm now in my mid 50's and can do well over 30 push-ups since adding this to my regimen. This is one of the few supplements I'm subscribed to here and I highly recommend it to other aging males out there.

These are average sized gelatin capsules that are easy to swallow. I was a little worried about spending my hard earned money on this supplement for fear that it might not work for me. After a couple of weeks thinking about it and doing my research, I did order it. I am so glad that I decided to try it because it has worked better for me than any other supplement that I have taken for increasing muscle size and strength. I did not lose any weight while taking this, nor was I trying to lose any weight. I did gain several pounds, but the gain was because of increased muscle size. I definitely did not put on any extra fat with this supplement. I do feel like my focus increased while weight training. I had a specific goal that I wanted to reach, and I was able to stay focused on that goal better than I ever had in the past. The capsules did have a unique smell to them, but I was never able to taste anything unusual after swallowing them. These work better for me than any testosterone boosters that I have taken, and I have tried all of the popular ones, as well as some that I had never heard of until I bought them. I was introduced to this brand via their Tongat/Fadogia supplement and was a big fan. Since then, I’ve grabbed Spermidine and Cistanche from this brand and decided I wanted to try out the Turk and see if it lived up to the hype I’ve been seeing. Recently I’ve plateaued on my strength since getting back into the gym not too long ago. I have trouble slamming enough calories in with my wonky work schedule so I figured I’d try and see if I could get a boost. I decided to go with this brand since the previous products have had good efficacy I can feel. To add to that, I’m a huge fan of them combining it with Ecdy and at the dosages they’ve selected for both compounds. It’s been a few weeks at the max recommended serving and I’ll be damned if it hasn’t helped with energy and strength. Stacking this with Cistanche, Spermidine, Maca, and Tongat/Fadogia has been a lot of fun so far. I can’t comment on any noticeable lean tissue yet, but I’ll say energy and the definition I’ve been acquiring continues to increase fairly rapidly with no major dietary changes outside of adding more protein to my diet. These specific compounds are reported to have a beneficial impact on blood glucose, neural health and cholesterol levels as well. I’d highly recommend throwing this supplement in and giving it a few months to see what it does for you.
