Great for personal and couple play. The warming sensation is indeed short-lived, lasting probably 20 seconds at most. But I don't fault the product for that b/c I don't buy into the whole warming thing anyway; it's just not important to me or my wife. What is important is that it lasts...... a very long time. In fact I cannot recall a single time when either of us had to re-apply it, and I believe that is it's greatest strength. And to put it into perspective, the one bottle has lasted nearly 6 months. For the most part she prefers a much less viscous (thinner) liquid lube, but we still use this one (thick like Jelly of course) roughly 30-40% of the time. For my own personal use, this one is definitely my preferred for "manual" activities. But it's worthless for use in any "male toys"; just too thick. For some reason I haven't been able to find it in any local stores for the past year, but thankfully Amazon still carries it (at a decent price too; lube is expensive!) and delivers everything in discreet packaging.

Excessively sticky and warming sensation is minimal at best. But it does get the job done when used in excess
