I wasn’t sure if mouth tape would make a difference, but this product exceeded my expectations. It’s breathable, gentle on sensitive skin, and very easy to use. I sleep more peacefully, and my partner says my snoring has reduced significantly. Excellent value for the price.

Absolutely terrible. The price you pay is not the purchase price. It’s an annual subscription. The info it gives you is all AI junk. I received a notification once welcome to Dubai, are you there on business or vacation? I live in Dubai. Whoop was purchased and registered in UAE. If it can’t get this right how inaccurate is the info it’s giving you.

Honestly just a great device however I would like it more if there were less athlete and celebrity collabs, thus a cheaper and a more accessible price for everyone.

Won't lie when I ordered the Whoop I was sceptical because of some previous reviews I read that they ordered peak subscription but got the One. When I connected my whoop peak I got peak subscription. The looks feel premium in hand and built of the band is great too. It's easy to forget about the strap because of its low profile. The app is incredible and gives you incredible insights (it learns about your body for the first 21 days to give you accurate insights). Let me be very clear this is not an activity wearable, it is focused on recovery and sleep with accurate heart datas. Battery lasts for more than 12-13 days which is wonderful. Connectivity with app is smooth in Android. Now lastly for the subscription model I hate that part to be honest. I really hope someday some company brings all this feature in a 0 subscription model because that would be wonderful. But for now unfortunately no other product gives us this much insights of my body. So there's a huge market gap in that segment. I know that Zepp are trying to do it with their Helio strap but unfortunately they lack inventory management. So love it or hate it this is the only option right now.

Après plusieurs semaines d’utilisation, je peux dire que je suis vraiment satisfait du Whoop. Son plus gros point fort, c’est sans hésiter l’autonomie. Venant d’une Apple Watch, ça fait un bien fou de ne pas avoir à penser à la recharge tous les jours. Et lorsqu’il faut le recharger, il suffit de clipser la batterie sur le bracelet : il continue de fonctionner pendant la charge, sans avoir besoin de le retirer. C’est un détail, mais au quotidien, c’est extrêmement pratique. De mon côté, je continue d’utiliser mon Apple Watch pour le sport et le Whoop 24 h/24 pour le suivi de la récupération, du sommeil et de la santé. Les deux se complètent très bien. Le bracelet est léger, confortable et je finis même par oublier que je le porte. L’application est également une vraie réussite. Les analyses sont claires, les conseils sont pertinents et l’IA aide à comprendre les données sans avoir à être un expert. J’apprécie aussi beaucoup l’aspect communautaire, qui apporte une motivation supplémentaire. Le seul vrai point négatif reste le prix. À 263 €, c’est un investissement important. Mais si vous recherchez un suivi de santé et de récupération très complet et que vous allez réellement utiliser les données au quotidien, je trouve que cela vaut le coût. Pour ma part, je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat.

Ich hatte davor eine Apple Watch, jetzt das Whoop Band. Whoop habe ich seit etwa 30 Tagen, ich musste es 2 mal laden. Meine Apple watch hätte ich 30 mal laden müssen. Es fühlt sich an als würde man nichts tragen, das spricht für das whoop. Das Tracking funktioniert super. Die frage die man sich immer stellt ist der Preis punkt. Ich finde die ~20€ pro monat gerechtfertigt. Wer Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime andere Monats abos hat kann meiner Meinung nach nicht gegen Whoop sprechen. 50€ für Streaming abos wird schnell gerechtfertigt, 20€ für deine Gesundheit aber seltener. Kann das Whoop nur empfehlen. Der Preis ist hart aber es zahlt sich aus. Vorallem mit der integrierten KI
