MCT Oil From Coconut 16 fl oz (474 ml)

Good

I use this basically for any dish .. great with salads , fish .. and if the food is a bit salty this neutralises the flavours instantly... Must have !

Very good

I've been following Intermittent Fasting for a while & then I started taking a couple of tablespoons of this MCT Oil to induce autophagy. The process of autophagy can be boosted through regular use of quality MCT oil. This is nature's richest source of healthy medium-chain triglycerides which the liver converts rapidly into ketone bodies as a great, clean fuel for your brain and body. Ketones like Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB), which in the fasting state, provide more efficient energy for the brain, with elevated focus & concentration. So, why this MCT Oil product? This product is sourced from premium coconuts & is free from unwanted additives (Hexane free), ensuring its purity. No palm oils, no filler oils. The absence of any flavor & any odor in this product is certainly easy on my taste buds. I usually drink it straight out of bottle, by squirting it out a couple of times. It's also great mixed in salads, smoothies, pasta. Staying alert with MCT oil - I experience a marked improved mental alertness when my mornings begin with this MCT Oil with raised energy levels. An energy boost without the sluggishness that follows a regular meal. This again is a result of quality MCT Oil being a clean energy source. Weight Loss Management - On days that I took 2 tablespoons of this MCT Oil, I felt fuller longer, which in turn helped cut off my unwanted cravings by suppressing my hunger. No more 'pig-out' episodes. Fasting with MCT oil- Calories technically breaks a fast. MCT Oil has a low-calorie count. However, since body easily absorbs MCT oil, and it's low in calories, I can still consume this substance during fasting. And the MCT oil effects and benefits won't reverse the physiological benefits of my fast. Mild Laxative - I’d take MCT oil to counteract constipation (if & when), because I know it’s quality & purity, to avoid chemically made remedies (drug store bought). Oils have long been used as a mild natural laxative, but MCT oil may be particularly effective, as it contains isolated fatty acids that are more quickly digested. MCT as an Antioxidant – This goes back to quality MCT, because Medium Chain Triglycerides are Antioxidants that help fight damage caused by free radicals, to minimize Oxidative Stress. I’m confident to take this product as an antioxidant, due to its purity. Incorporating to Keto plan – Quality MCT Oil such as this product is key for my ketogenic diet. MCT Oil is considered an exogenous ketone, (BHB- Beta-Hydroxybutyrate) which enhances ketosis to provide a highly ketogenic source of quality fats. On a personal note, I can say that a quality MCT Oil together with a low carb diet & morning yoga, has been proven to reduce my weight while suppressing hunger. Alertness & the energy boost are just bonuses that come with quality MCT Oil. For improved cognitive skills, overall physical & mental well-being, I highly recommend this superior quality MCT Oil.

You squeeze the bottle and it squirts more than the amount you want. I'd rather have a simple "top/cover"

Product is quite original and packing is also good...
