I received my item just today and I was so happy about the brand as it was exceptionally good quality. I was just disappointed by how it was packed. It was placed in a bigger carton than the actual size of the bottle they placed bubble cellophane but it wasn’t enough the bottle is moving around inside the box. When I checked the item it has dents at the bottom and at the top. It really makes me sad to see it that way.

The bottle lid arrived slightly dusty. Otherwise, it was in good condition. I had it with me for a day. Its large opening allows straightforward filling; a smaller "chug cap" lid opening allows easy drinking, avoiding accidental splashes. The bottle feels very sturdy. This product gives the impression that it was made with tight tolerances; the bottle and lid lock securely with each other. Being in a humid area, I noticed that condensation would form only around the lid area when containing cold drinks. That said, my drink stayed cold for the whole day. Good size too; any bigger then, it would be too bulky.
