✅ this is great if you are doing workouts over 1hr no matter what it is. I like how it is easy to digest and does not upset my stomach or cause bloating. ✅ I got the neutral unflavored one because I mix it with my own electrolytes for more sustained energy. ✅ I use 16oz of water and it mixes just fine after you start to shake it up. If you just drop it in the shaker it will not mix as it will clunk up and drop straight to the bottom. ✅ This is great value for your money because one container last me about 1.5 months. I don’t drink it everyday, I only drink it when I am working out over 1hr. ✅ the texture is like small beads with sand but that’s not anything to worry bout. ✅I appreciate that when it comes, it has a safety seal on it and it is filled to the brink unlike some supplements where they only fill it 3/4 of the way. Just use the cup that comes with it and you will be fine. ✅I drink this into my workout about 45mins and after 5-10 mins I can already fill my 2nd wind and a 2nd burst of energy that does not cause me to crash after. So this is very effective when it comes to activating.

I've gone through a 2.2lb tub of neutral to make sure it didn't tear me up somehow, and I just reordered it in 4.4lb. I like the neutral because I can mix it with my EAA Max watermelon for intra and it doesn't affect the taste at all. I sometimes will mix a partial scoop in with my coffee or a protein shake. Blends perfectly in anything I've tried so far and hasn't changed the taste of anything. One reason I'm sold on Karbolyn is as others have said, I don't get any bloat or upset stomach, and more importantly I don't get the insulin spike or hardcore crash after a workout. I take a stim pre-workout and I would hit the 230-3pm wall, and hard. I don't notice that anymore. I also have steady energy during an intense workout and notice I recover faster. I've taken EAAs and BCAAs for a while, but I can tell the carbs are delivering the nutrients to my muscles more because as soon as I started taking this, my recovery time decreased. Overall, I'm pretty darn happy with it.

It is very good and easily consumable with little texture. It does have good value for money.

Always a staple in my cabinet. quick and easy carb supplement. Dissolves quickly and well. Odorless. The larger size, I think is the better value.

Spikes blood sugar but feeds bad bacteria in the gut. If you research this actually it's nothing as fancy as it's marketed to be. Better results with slower carbs like oats. This can fill the gap if you haven't had time to eat but it's still reacting in the body like a simple sugar.
