Can this be used on the upper eye lid?

The Dr. Scholl's Skin Tag Remover should not be used above the neck and especially near the eyes. The skin on the eyelids is very thin and needs to be treated with the care only a medical professional can provide. Please see your physician to have any work near your eyes done.

Do we cover the skin tag after treatment?

It's not required to cover the skin tag following treatment. However, if it is in an area where it might be pulled on before it is ready to come off, you can cover it with a bandage while you wait for the skin tag to fall off.

Can you use your own tweezers with this? the plastic ones that come with are impossible.

Sorry to hear you are not able to successfully use the tweezers from our Dr. Scholl's Skin Tag Remover. The tweezers help ensure that the tag is extended enough to allow you to apply the freeze to the stalk of the tag. Please do not use metal tweezers as they will conduct cool away from the tag and to your fingers or may cause the tweezers to stick to the tag. If possible, we would recommend having someone else tweeze the tag to make it easier for you.

Does the tag fall off immediately?

No, the skin tag will not fall off immediately. The freezing action will stop circulation to the tissue causing the tag to die off. Eventually, within two weeks usually, it will fall off with little sign of where the skin tag was. Please be certain to read the instructions for use and to avoid trying to pull the skin tag off after treatment. Let it come off naturally.
