how to choose the size?

The insoles are made so you can cut them to your shoe size, per example the one that says size 8-14 it fits for all those sizes and when you open them you will see a line that shows the correct size for you, I am size 8 so I had to cut the extra part of the insole to feet my shoe.

Can these be put over top of original sole? Or is it to be replaced with this?

You can do either. If the original insole has some cushioning and you want the most padding then leave the first one in. As a side note these will probably need some trimming around the outer edge to fit it in the shoe. Hopefully this will help answer your question.

Se las compré a mi pareja para trabajar porque pasa muchas horas de pie y le dolían bastante los pies, y la verdad es que han sido un acierto. Desde que usa estas plantillas aguanta mucho mejor la jornada y le han reducido muchísimo el dolor. Se nota que están pensadas para gente que está muchas horas de pie. COmfy and worth the price

Gone from a desk based job to a more physically demanding job meaning I'm up and about on my feet non stop for 6-9 hours a day. Being a size 14 i do struggle find decent insoles. Saw these and was debating whether to buy or not due to the price, really not disappointed one bit. Fit my shoes perfectly without any need to trim and feel really comfortable even after being on thr move for 5+ hours
