Anyone else have a band break? Mine just busted after moderate use.

I purchased mine almost exactly 2 years ago. Wore the watch pretty much on a daily basis. Today the band split (on one side of the holes). I was able to fix it using a mini stapler (I also used a black marker to conceal the staple itself; worked out pretty good) but I don't think it's going to last; I already see tiny cracks in other parts of the band, esp. when you bend the band backwards. Paid $60 for the watch, and the (Casio) replacement band is $15. I'm on the fence about this one but I will probably get the replacement band.

I cannot toggle temperature units to f from c. i followed instructions....toggle never worked....just c is shown

Hello. I do not have the instructions in front of me, but this is how it works:1. Hit "Thermo" Button.2. Hold the "Adjust" button until the watch beeps, and then release it.3. The current temperature should be flashing. Press the "Mode" button once.4. Press the "Thermo" Button to cycle the temperature unit.5. Press the "adjust" button when done.Hope that helps.

Is the temp only a few degrees off (when wearing it), or is it totally inaccurate, unless I take it off my wrist?

It cannot be strapped to your wrist to get the environmental temperature. You'll see your skin temp. I take mine off my wrist and float it in ice water and hot tubs. It takes 7 to 15 minutes to equilibrate to its new environment.

can you switch between time and date easily on the digital display?
