Hello, I received the digital signage display, but it was delivered without any setup instructions, QR code, or registration credentials. The device asks for a LED Cloud username and shows “Connection Status: Unregistered.” Without the required account or activation information, I cannot configure or use the display. At the moment, the product is unusable. Please provide: * the activation/registration instructions, * the LED Cloud account or credentials required for this device, * or any QR code or serial number needed to complete the setup. If this cannot be provided, I will have to request a return and refund because the product cannot be used as advertised.
