I purchased this electric kettle expecting at least decent quality, but it stopped working within just one month of use. The product is still under warranty, so I contacted Pigeon customer/service support expecting a replacement or repair. Unfortunately, the warranty support has been extremely disappointing. I have been following up for almost a month, but there has been no proper response or resolution. They provided a service centre contact number, but the number is not even valid. I also visited the service centre at the location they provided, only to find out that there is no service centre at that location. This is completely unacceptable. A product can sometimes have a manufacturing defect, but the company should at least provide proper after-sales support. Instead, I have wasted weeks trying to contact them and even physically visiting a service centre that doesn't exist. Amazon also doesn't provide a replacement, leaving the customer stuck with a defective product despite it being under warranty. Very poor product quality + absolutely useless warranty support. I would strongly recommend avoiding Pigeon products if you expect reliable after-sales service. Very disappointed with both the product and the company's customer support.

The quality of this Pigeon stainless steel pressure cooker is really good. The build feels strong and durable, and the finish looks premium. It cooks food properly and works well on both gas and induction. The handle is comfortable to use and the cooker is also easy to clean. Overall, a reliable product for everyday cooking and definitely worth the price.

Nice steamer, not a cooker really as food can stick to bottom. I made poha , momos, bao, kadha in it so far (milk and rice are yet to be tested , lol i am scared actually to f up). Egg steaming is hard to do a bit as the eggs standing dont let the lid close properly and then the lid puts all its weight on eggs top that can break it while boiling. But nice so far.

Nicely working but not sure how much the electricity consumption it will be, since the low heat watt is not mentioned anywhere(maybe I missed) But there is a small plastic trapped between the ceramic fish and body of cooker which I can't take it out because it's stuck so strong and that is why I'm not going to leave 5 star
