Difficult Assembly/disassembly/cleaning
Whilst I love this food processor, how it works and how it all fits together in a small space and goes easily on a shelf in a cupboard, I do find it difficult to assemble and then disassemble when finished and some parts are hard to clean. I have arthritis in my hands and it is hard to grip the lid and turn it into place, hard to fit the blades onto the central column and even harder to remove them without cutting my fingers, and hard to clean the underside of the lid which becomes splashed with mixture/food and which cannot be placed in a dishwasher or water at all. Having said all that I have persevered with it because it takes up so little space in my cupboard, makes great cakes/scones and is so neat and lightweight and I really love the design, space saving and usefulness. For someone without arthritic fingers you might not have such problems with it, but as I have very little strength in my hands I do find it difficult to put together although I am getting used to the best ways of assembling it for use and I think all the parts are getting 'slacker' now and not so tight to fit together after using a few times. Overall I am delighted with it, just that bit of a downside for me around assembling all the parts together before and after use.

Love how the pieces can all fit and stay together. (Once you've learned how they go)
Bought this after considering one by another brand I usually like, but user reviews said there was nowhere to store the pieces on the other, whereas on this one, they all have their place. If you're a physical puzzle fan, this can feel like playing perfection the first time you put it all away, there are definite ways they fit in (for example the propeller blade at first quick glance can look like it has identical blades, but no! Must be placed the right way up for the other pieces to fit.) Once you know how to pack it all, the compactness of it all is great, (I have a mandolin, and so easy for pieces to not be where they should they next time I want them, the hazards of sharing a kitchen. Although I have by no means tried every function, the ones I have so far have all yielded excellent results, in a very quick time. Considering the price was a fraction of the other one I was comparing it with, I think I definitely made the right choice with this one.

Utter Garbage!!
Terrible usability! Flimsy parts - first use and a bit broke off whilst assembling (see pic)!!! I have used different brands in the past and thought I'd try this one (giving the benefit of the doubt after reading some much older negative reviews). This machine is by far the worst!!! Could not get it to work for ages. Almost gave up on making tonight's dinner (soup) and ordering food in. The top motor shaft would not lock in place - just could not turn to lock it in! Eventually, and almost losing the will, and having taken it all apart several times, cleaned it (in case bits of food got stuck in little crevasses), it finally burst into action, for all of 5 seconds. A repeat of the disassembly, cleaning and reassembly proved futile! So annoyed!!! I was left with what I can only describe as sludge and lumps. That's soup off tonight's menu!!! What a waste!!! I am packing this dreaded machine back up (including the broken piece) and sending back straight away! Got it yesterday evening, planning on using it today, and after one use, I am convinced to return back to my tried and trusted brands!! Utterly disappointed!

Works OK, when you can assemble it
I bought this about 6 weeks ago, just as lockdown happened. I have used it once or twice a week since then. This is a machine that is is too fiddly for its own good. When assembled it does everything that it is supposed to do, but assembly can be a pain. To insert the motor, there are plastic lugs and slots that have to line up and twist precisely for it to fit together and for the power to not cut out. The central spindle has to be exactly vertical for the motor to fit over it, this can be a challenge. There are marks near the lugs and slots that show where things should go. However, these are raised markings in the plastic and are difficult to see. It would be better if they were in black print. Disassembling it can also be a challenge as the implements go into the storage canister is a particular way. The motor is stored in the same hole as when assembled for use but in a different way. watch out for the blade it is very sharp and the plastic blade covers are easy to lose. If you are short of space and long on patience then this is for you. If not, pick something else.

Great buy.price competitive.
What a fabulous buy. My old slice/grater broke after many years. I searched for similar but the price was so much more than I paid for mine. I saw this and once I read the description I thought this is ideal as I have dexterity problems. This does it all and much better than described, the grater function is brilliant, the slicer is just as good and I can't wait to make a cake as it is so easy to use and no stress on my hands. Can highly recommend this.

Difficult to use.
Initially it seemed perfect for my requirements, small and compact and everything in one place. It is all of those things but it’s not easy to operate, the motor is difficult to lock into place.. you need the strength of Garth to do it. if you don’t marry up the grooves in the utensil holder with the grooves in the bowl it jams into the bowl. Garth was needed again to free it. The drive shaft snapped this morning..Making pastry. Tried to get a replacement and there are none to be found anywhere, even Morphy Richards spares dept didn’t have any in stock..None available until September. Waste of money.

Brilliant All Rounder
Bought this a couple of weeks ago and have found it to be a superb all round alternative versus my usual mixer, chopper, grater etc. Love how compact the unit is and how easy it is to store taking up much less space than all the individual kitchen gadgets that I have. I’ve now tried using this unit for lots of different recipes where I needed to use lots of the attachments including pasta, bread, finely chopped veg, grated cheese. It’s also brilliant for preparing food for my 9 month old baby. Best of all, it’s really easy to use. Highly recommended!
