Yes. So great alone or in many recipes. Melt dark chocolate, add in the cherries abd pecans. Stir and drop by tablespoon into parchment paper. Let them set up and it’s a lovely treat

Are these cherries dairy and soy free, including potential cross contamination?

Ask the mfg. about dairy and soy. Hard to envision how those products would be involved in drying fruit. I have tried many brands and these are a great value.

Are these cherries sulfered?

sulfites are not listed on the package. I am extremely allergic to them. Eating these cherries has not been a problem for me.
