Wasted meterial used
Abhi ye sofa liye huye 3-4 month huye or saare net me junk lag gaya.. maine complaint ki to mere ko net to de diye but inko lagane ke liye koi maitri nahi bheja gaya . 1 month ho gaya.. amazon support team bhi help nahi kar rahi hai.. product abhi bhi warranty me hai but koi help nahi kar raha hai..

very bad quality sofa.. after 5 months use only foam is getting pressed and clothes are getting torn.. and after sell service is very bad.. they promised to repair if anything happens in one year but no service.

Supportive and Easy to Use for Seniors! I purchased this 3+1 seater sofa set with ottoman for my elderly parent, and it’s truly been a wonderful addition to their home. The seats are just the right height, making it easy for them to sit down and stand up without any strain. The cushions offer excellent back and lumbar support, which is so important for a senior’s comfort. The single seater allows them a cozy personal spot to relax, while the ottoman works perfectly as a footrest to help reduce swelling in the legs. The fabric feels soft but sturdy, and the armrests are comfortable for long periods of sitting. My parent especially appreciates the stability of the frame—there’s no wobbling or creaking even after frequent use. Assembly was quick and hassle-free. Attaching the metallic leg needed a carpenter’s tool and was ready within 10min. This sofa set has helped create a safe, comfortable, and inviting environment. I highly recommend it for other seniors or anyone seeking a supportive and accessible sofa. Delivery: The delivery was fast, almost 10 days ahead of schedule. The pacakage is well wrapped with in 5-10 layers, and even when it was rainy season, almost all of sofa was dry. As the seller uses non-Amazon delivery partner, the delivery person refused to deliver up the stairs to the apartment, until we offered a few hundred bucks. With all the layers of packaging, make sure that the lift in apartment is large!

Presentation of sofa is good and looking good but after usage of just 1 week and normal sitting of 10 min cushion is going down and holding cloth Go to shop and buy it don’t purchase without seeing it physically my advice
