This pillow helps me sleep better, the height makes the difference for me because of my back pain and sciatica pain. I also use a CPAP and my breathing at night has improved. It is firm and the design is great to be able to adjust. I only did that once to try it out but I went back to the original position. Materials are a great quality and the cover is soft to use without a cover or blanket, only the sides are a little rough because of the fastener to the Velcro straps but it doesn’t bother me at all. It is light enough to carry to different rooms.

I woke up yesterday with a severe stiff neck, in tears, had to cancel the day's plans. Ordered this wedge pillow yesterday morning, it arrived yesterday evening, and OMGracious -- it relieved the pain and I was able to sleep soundly for the first time in quite literally years. It is exactly the size pictured, it's the perfect thickness, it can be configured in all the ways shown in order to sit, lie, or recline. Most importantly, between the GERD I have had for 10+ years and the musculoskeletal problems I have, I have been unable to sleep soundly for more than a few hours a night for years. I slept so soundly last night that I didn't hear my husband come home and pound on the door (he had forgotten his key). This thing works so well I'm lucky he didn't have to break a window to get in the house! I had taken NO pain pills other than NSAIDs, but I was OUT, because this provided the relief my poor body has needed for so long. Even with the terrible stiff neck I started with yesterday, today I'm seeing a return of range of motion, and I have no pain at rest. Typically a stiff neck means 2 or 3 missed days of gardening, errands, housework, pet care, etc. I will be able to do most of those things today, and all of them tomorrow, thanks to this godsend. I never would have believed this would work, but I was desperate. If you suffer from neck pain from "sleeping wrong" or not being able to find the right pillow, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. Spend the same amount of money you would waste on another bottle of ibuprofen and another "neck pillow" and get this instead. Kicking myself I didn't do this sooner. Tempted to order another in case they quit making them, because I don't want to spend another night trying to sleep without this.

I needed surgery last week, requiring my to sleep on my back when I'm normally a side sleeper. I also knew I'd need support, as pain meds make me extremely dizzy. This was a godsend - I'm so glad I purchased it as part of my prep package. It easily adjusts as I need it to, and is extremely comfortable. It also maintains it's shape and support well. I love the removable bolster - it works great as a headrest, lumbar support and side support (kept me from rolling in my sleep).

I got this shortly after being diagnosed with GERD, and it's made a noticeable difference for me at night. Keeping my head elevated while I sleep has reduced how much acid reflux damages my esophagus. It was really easy to set up and comfortable to sleep on. My only issue is that the velcro supports can tear easily.

Needed a wedge pillow after sinus surgery. I should of kept looking for a pillow though. Initially, it was more comfortable than the stack of pillows I was using to elevate. But it is a poor design. Unless you are someone who sleeps in pajamas, the Velcro is going to dig into you. Also, they picked the dumbest spot to place a handle. It should of been on the side, instead they put it into your lower back.

I was super skeptical about this working any better than any of my more normal pillows, but I was willing to try anything new. I have a collection of memory foam pillows in radically different shapes, all of which still resulted in some restless nights of trying to get to sleep. Did I get quality sleep once I got there? Nope. Did I get enough sleep? Again, no. Thanks to my Oura ring, I can see the effect: From the very first night of using this pillow, my sleep latency dropped to somewhere between 7 and 12 minutes. I've also noticed that my efficiency is consistently above 80%, with more deep and REM sleep. My acid reflux is also non-existent at bedtime with this pillow. For the price, it was worth giving it a try; I've spent more on a pillow that I thought would be the gateway to better sleep, but this is really working for now. In the month that I've been using it, I've remembered dreams every single night, something that only previously happened with supplementary support. It might not work for you or your body type, but it has been the key for me.

I have used this pillow for almost a year and absolutely love it! It helped with my nausea and reflux during my pregnancy and is now amazing for breastfeeding. Love how adaptable it is with all the different angles. Very comfortable!

I bought this for LPR its a type of reflux. I am going to tell you all that i wanted to know. NO it does not allow you to slip down while you lay on it. They say shorter wedges are bad for that. It is very comfortable, you can configure it in almost any way, laying down, or sitting up this wedge works well. Great price and i couldn't be happier
