Q: How and where do i refill this?

The 1.7 liter EDP spray pictured here is not refillable. They make a tall skinny glass vial that is pictured next to the square bottle. The sprayer doesn’t unscrew so once it’s done, it’s done. The refillable bottle is not on sale here.
