Wonderful quality
My grandparents passed in the 50's. A picture of the 2 of them was put on their headstone, it has been broken out for decades. I wanted to replace it so I ordered this. It way surpassed my expectations, simply beautiful. Just submit your pictures on line. Took about 2 weeks, it's really that easy. Wonderful job thank you.

This is the terrible photo’s I received and can not use. Please be aware!
These photos turned out to be crap. The background messes the whole picture up and made it look like a green screen photo. I would never put these on a remembrance gravesite. Would give zero stars if possible

Color won’t match
It’s very faded and has like a gray hue on it but the size and quality is jicr CB just wish the picture was more true to color.

Amazing customer service. Shortly after I placed my order, I received a direct communication email confirming my order and the personalization requested. Then a 2nd communication with the finished product for approval before it was mailed to me. Received my package quicker than date provided. Item received and it turned out even better than the picture. I am so happy with the ceramic memorial photo of my Mom, thank you!!

I need a bigger size in that
The size was too small and i would like to returning back but unfortunately this company refuses to give me the money back because they don't care about the customers satisfaction and all they care is about their selfs, very sad but if I was any of you would never buy anything from this company because they are selfish. Absolutely 💯 disgusting how they don't care about customers satisfaction.
