Review: This has been a game changer in my WFH setup, allowing for me to alternate sitting and standing. It is a solid, stable desk with a perfect amount of space for my needs. The motor is relatively quiet, and the surface feels fairly durable and scratch resistant. It looks great as well. Awesome for WFH! Review: I’ve had this desk for a few months now and have been able to sit on the purchase. I like that the frame itself is adjustable to a few different widths, that is nice for if I ever want to updgrade my desktop without having to buy a whole new standing desk frame. I got the Mahogany desk which is obviously not real mahogany but the decorative coating or whatever this is looks nice, it doesn’t look cheap or anything on the desk. Not a con, but I did want to add as well that when the desk was delivered the frame and desktop came separately so I had to wait a few days after getting the frame to put the desk together. That being said, I have had some issues with the desk that I think are fairly important design flaws. For the first one, maybe I should have checked beforehand but as a person with shorter legs, I didn’t realize that the desk does not actually get that low to the ground, which means I can’t have my chair set to an ergonomic level where my feet are able to touch the ground all the way while having my arms resting at the right angle on the table. It also happens that it’s high enough that I have to set my desk chair to its highest setting just to make sure I’m keeping proper posture at my desk. My second complaint is that the buttons themselves are on a flat flimsy plastic panel and the bottom of the buttons are not attached to anything. Because my arm rests are at the exact height of the buttons, even though I’ve tried to be careful my arm rests have gotten caught and bent the buttons out. I’m worried at this point that they are going to break off which kind of affects the whole standing desk with adjustable height settings that are advertised. I’ve taken a picture of the panel so you can see what I’m talking about. There is some error that has occurred with this last time the panel got caught on something that won’t go away so I can’t program the main buttons and the only ones that seem to be working now are the up and down button. The price being less for flexibility in certain aspects is nice but if I knew that I would be having so many issues with the adjustable panel itself I would have bought a different desk frame.

Customer service was fantastic when I had a problem with my desk. My desk that was bought in 2022 could no longer go up. However, it can go down. I emailed customer service to ask about buying a new up/down control board and within 5 minutes they emailed me back. The instructions were: 1) Make sure all parts are installed in designated locations, unplug all the wires that are connected to the adapter including the power plug, and let it rest for 30 seconds. 2) Plug them back in, Hold both UP and DOWN buttons for 5 seconds at the same time. 3) Hold the ▼ button for 10-15 seconds until the desk reaches its lowest height then slightly raises, and test if it works. Table is now able to go up and down!

Once assembled, the product appears to work well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the instructions and diagrams were confusing. Someone from Apple or another quality company should have written them. It's why assembly took me twice as long as it should have. Also, I had to drill 4 holes for the hanger hooks, since there were none on the bottom of the under-desk surface.

So far, I absolutely love this desk. i have only been using it one day, but it is awesome. I did a lot of research before buying this and saw that other desks of this caliber were WAY more expensive, so I took a chance with this brand and am very pleased. One note about putting it together: although it is somewhat intuitive, the instructions desperately need a copy editor -- not only did it have typos, but in the section where it tells you to attach the holster for the power adapter, it gives ZERO explanation (as in "use bolt x to fasten..."). It says that the holster should be fastened to the beam going through the center, but there are no holes in the metal for it. After hurting my brain for a while, I just decided to drill a couple of small holes in the wood where they show it mounted and screwed in the wood screws they provided. Now, it works like a champ! Totally freaking awesome to be able to stand or sit whenever I want. Also, THIS THING IS STURDY! While I may not have a mounted arm with a monitor, I could not see this thing being wobbly.
