The BEST printer
I have tried many printers before this - Canon, HP, etc - and this one is the absolute best. The ink last for ever and ever and the quality of the prints are also excellent. Prints full duplex without having to flip the paper manually. And the wireless printing is useful, though it takes some time to set it up.

Good product
Good product in this price range but dual side printing is creating some issue, sometimes it works and sometime it skips.

Trouble free and Cheapest ink cost
It has been 2 yrs now since I moved from inkjet as printing requirements from kids drove inkjet costs high; the best and cheapest to handle all the load and trouble free. I highly recommend.

Poor product and support from Amazon and onsitego team
From day one, the product has not worked properly. I purchased the Onsitego extended warranty for added protection, but now that I’m trying to file a claim, neither Onsitego representatives nor Amazon customer support are helping. Everyone keeps asking me to explain the issue from the beginning, but no one is actually interested in resolving it. The experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better support, especially after investing in an extended warranty.
