Why did you pick this product vs others?:The battery capacity of this model and the inclusion of all of the necessary cords to prevent the "cord search" that typically occurs when youre traveling made me fall in love with with this charger. We are just back from a 17 day international trip where we must have taken hundreds of pictures a day and used the phone for navigation most of the time. To be able to hook up anyone's phone in our group to charge while grabbing lunch or traveling between destinations this became the go-to option for most of the people in our group. I would recharge it each night and we would pass it around as needed all day. Worked like a champ. Planning to buy another. This was less than half the price of one a Sam's Club and had 2-3x the battery capacity. I was not disappointed.

Fantastic. Used this for my 2 week trip to Europe and it was amazing. Worked every time. Charged my iPhone 13 and iPad pro10 and Apple earbuds with no problems 2 at a time. Fully charged them from 30% to 100% in about 15/20 minutes. Charges at a respectable rate compared to others I’ve had. Good quality product easy to read % screen never had it go less the 50% charging my phone. I can say I would probably get 3 charges out of it. Very good. Recommend. And the attached charging cable ports worked great too. The only downside is the cables are very short so it can be a little tricky and annoying holding both of them together if you’re unable to leave them to be charged or using them. But it wasn’t too much trouble for me. You can use a longer cable if you want to.

This was such an amazing charger for my 5 week Europe traveling! It’s compact for its power, It’s able to charge your phone twice I would say, and it comes attached with the wires which I was worried about but it did amazing throughout my entire 5 weeks of traveling! Literally just as I got back to the states though the lightning cable that’s attached to it stopped working :(

I’ve been using this portable charger for a few weeks now, and I’m pleased with it. The built-in cable (USB-C in my case) is a game-changer. First power bank I’ve purchased in many years. I’ve had a couple in the 2000-3000mAh range. This one comes in at 20,000mAh which means it stores and can deliver way more charge than those older ones.First impression is that is surprisingly thin for the capacity it has. Surface is easy to grip and cables are nicely held in the onboard storage slots.Note: When you unbox the battery bank you need to further open the little cardboard cradle because inside it is a cable that can be used to charge it. It has USB on one end and C on the other. It’s short, so not ideal but it does come with one. If you are going to use this quite a bit it may be worth it to invest in a 22.5 wall charger with a longer C to C cable.Initial test:The bank came with 84% charge displayed on start up. Plugging into a standard c charging port (non pwd) it took just over 1.5hr to reach 100.I tested charging on my iPhone 13Pro when it was at 63% and in one hour it raised it to 87% while dropping the battery charge level to 88%. To me that is a very acceptable performance.I did notice a green ‘fast charge’ indicator in the display screen (as described in the manual) when my phone was being charged.Second testI have a handheld rechargeable rotary craft tool that uses a c cable. It was at full discharge when I connected it to the bank which was reading 88%.Typically it takes 4hrs to recharge on a standard USB B type charger. It has not displayed the green fast charge icon so I’m not expecting it to charge at a faster rate. I've had it less than a week so can't comment on long-trem use, but I'm very happy with it so far. I totally drained charger battery when it arrived with 74% using 2 half-drained phones. I recharged to full capacity. It charged my Samsung22 three times before I had to recharge it again. I love the cord options. My new son-in-law has an iPhone and it saved a lot of worry when I used it to charge his drained phone on his wedding day! I wish there was a strap/band to bind phone & charger together. I use a heavy rubber band to prevent pulling on the cords.Highly recommend this charger.

Works great. Great to have when your on vacation or a day trip and can't get to an outlet to charge your phone or other things you need to have charged.

Its a good charger. Having the different ports makes it easy to charge different devices. Its very convenient and easy to carry around especially when spending long days at the ballpark and needing to charge a phone or iPad.
