Great product for mechanically inclined people!
It gets 4 stars because it is a great product but it is not for people who are not mechanically inclined. It comes with no instructions and no predrilled holes. Wood and hinges are great quality.

Do not waste your time
zero instructions on these. So, made do by looking thru google and YouTube. No pre drill holes but even just a piece of paper with your intent on install.
