The Noble Collection Harry Potter Illuminating Wand

This was a huge hit for my 9 year old's birthday. The wand is a little clunky and fake looking but she doesn't care. The light up aspect was so thrilling to her and brought so much joy!

My son (7yrs) is a huge Harry Potter fan and the challenge has been finding a wand that he can play with that doesn't snap on the first day he gets it! This wand is a bit pricey...almost 50 bucks after shipping, way more than I ever expected to spend on a toy like this, but if you have a true harry potter fan who loves to run around the house pretending he's the chosen one, this is probably the best wand out there as far as durablility goes. Another cool thing about this wand: It lights up when you flick it! very cool! we are happy with our purchase, and my son does take really good care of it because he likes it so much!

I used to own this illuminating wand back almost 15 years ago when I was a fan of Harry Potter. To this day, I'm a proud fan of this franchise, and finally getting a chance to remember how fun this wand is back then was just such joy to my nostalgia and love for Harry Potter! Best of all, it's always a great Christmas gift, and The Noble Collection is always at its finest with Harry Potter! Total recommendation in my book!

It’s a great gift and works really well. It’s a lot of fun! The only draw back is getting the batteries in and out with their screw thing they provide. But as I said once you get them in it’s a lot of fun.

I bought this for my grandson's 10th birthday. He likes it a lot and has played with it every day since he got it! The wand is good quality, and the tip lights up, which is his favorite part. The wand takes 2 AAA batteries which are not included.

This was for a Harry Potter gift basket but I got it out to play with it before wrapping it up. It is perfect size for even an adult. Looks expensive and nice not cheesy or cheap. The light is bright, could be left on your night stand for a flashlight. The only thing is that it is very sensitive. Make sure the light is actually off when you put it away. Any little movement turns it on. I wish they had of included an off switch to save batteries. But I would still buy it. The receiver loved it! *****Very impressive looking. I'm reading the Harry Potter series with my kids, so my son was very happy with this new wand. It takes two AAA batteries (not included) and a small light at the tip turns on and off. There is also a brightness button. It's very simple but it gets five stars because my son loves it.

As others have written, the images are way better than the product itself. It feels like cheap plastic, and I dont imagine the durability of this product is very good. Usually I am impressed by products from the Noble Collection, but this however is disappointing.
