TaylorMade Crossline Bubble Ribbed Grip - .680

My Taylor Made driver is 20 yrs old and has a bubble shaft. Not until I cut the old grip off did I see how much wider this shaft was than a standard golf club. So glad this custom fit grip was available. It is just like the original.Due to the large head on this shaft, this was very difficult to get the grip over the end of the shaft. On the third try, I used a pair of plastic sporks to make a funnel to fit the grip over the shaft end. Worked like a charm. Thought I would give you a preview of the installation hurdle.

This golf grip was advertised as fitting a Taylor Made bubble shaft that is oversized and requires a grip that fits the oversized shaft. However, this grip DOES NOT fit. Very disappointing !!!

With much effort and small tools to get over the butt end, it fits a Taylormade R580 and bubble shaft 3-wood.

Great product, and it just like the original grips that came on the clubs new. The Taylor Made Bubble shaft driver and 3 wood, this is the grip you need for that wide shaft (Bubble Shaft).

They showed that they would fit my Taylor Made shafts but we’re too big had to purchase another set

Did not fit the bubble shaft too small

I often regrip my clubs with grips purchased from Golfsmith, but these were just as good and at a much lower price. I would recommend them to any do it yourselfer looking for good grips at a good price.
