It smells like wet wood. I put is on my beard and don't really know what it's doing to it. The Balm works better in my opinion. I'm in TX and mine also came watery and loose. Almost spilled all of it out when I first opened it. Just not a good product. Why do you need a CREAM, OIL AND BALM. You dont.

I searched all over for something for my husband. He suffers from rough, itchy spots. Well husband loves it, and will demand more soon!
