Very good quality e bike. Would definitely recommend this brand. And the team is very helpful. Had a problem with the shipping Jasion team helped me right away. Fun to ride. Super comfy to dit on. And you can lift someone. Love that it came with indicators.

Bike sucks
Went up the hill and motor broke wasn’t even that big of a hill

Works for my 11 year old
We purchased this for our 11 year old and were pleasantly surprised at how well he took to it. We were hesitant over the size (he's 57") and if it would be too big, but knew it was something he could grow into. He was off riding it the very first day, by using the curb as a step to help himself get on/off. I love the different levels you can adjust so he was able to ease into it with pedal assist vs full throttle. Shipping was actually super early and it arrived on his birthday which was the nest surprise. Assembly was easy enough if you have someone who semi knows what they're doing, but there's also a video you can watch too. Now the only problem is I want one of my own! :)

Bike great rear seat cushion
Love the bike. My first e-bike and it was a blast. However, the rear seat cushion that I paid for does not work. It melts with screws that are in a plastic cover and if you pull on it, it just pulls off..

Good bike and customer service. Pretty sure it would be hard to get 70 mile range but it’s pretty good I think.

Worth the value
This is my first bike in 20 years and I feel like a kid again. This bike makes my commute much more enjoyable. Great company with great customer support.

Buying parts
It has been good overall with everything except the swing arm bushing. I have 15 miles on the bike and it’s completely gone honestly not safe to ride at this point and buying parts for it are almost no where to be found
