Would have been 5 stars,but it was almost impossible to get the back off the remote control to insert the batteries ! Other than that I am impressed with the overall performance & design.

Absolutely love this machine! Never used a vibration plate before but omg I am converted lol ๐ I use it for 20-30 minutes every day as i have had liposuction in the past 9 months and used to get manual lymphatic massages twice a month for inflammation swelling- thought Iโd try this instead as the massages were very expensive. Using this machine regularly Iโve noticed the lymphatic drainage benefits almost immediately! Within the first 5-10 minutes on auto I need to pee and it does make your bowels move too! I do feel the health benefits- not so sluggish and muscle tone has also increased! Itโs not for weight loss but I use mine consistently with a cardio session and healthy eating and would definitely recommend it!! ๐คฉ
