Great first attempt and lots of new techniques
It's a great Lego alternative and Mattell have done a really fantastic job. Great manual which is easy to follow and some great custom pieces. Great value and puts Lego to shame. I really like the alternative race version, but have gone with the traditional gull wing look for display. The metal pieces and wheels make it look extra special. If you are a fan of M-Benz this is a must have.For me and my only negative is the blue bricks show up my finger prints and it dulls the colour. I have tried cleaning it but no avail, it still looks bad. If anyone can suggest an alternative cleaner I will up my review to 5 stars

Missing or incorrectt pieces
I had high hopes for this set after completing 4 previous sets in this newly released brick shop range with no issues. Missing and incorrect pieces making it impossible to complete with no easy method of acquiring replacement parts like Lego. Mattel really need to up their customer service game in our region if this is to have any chance of long term success. I will not risk purchasing any of these higher value sets from this range again. Very disapointed as they do look great when you are able to complete them, and good value for money.
