If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute rubbish!!! It stopped working after 3 months. I used it 5 times in that time and now it does not work. The order was also fulfilled from the USA, meaning it came with a US plug. This was not mentioned in the listing. Be aware. I now have to pack it up and take to a UPS drop off point for a return before I can get my refund. Not sure where I get the packaging from as I am being told to make sure it is "safely and secure" in the packaging. Just a lot of work and effort to get the money back. Amazon UK should make sure to let the customer know where the product is coming from and check before shipping if the customer accepts US plugs or not. If I order from Amazon UK I expect a product that if fit and safe to use in the UK.

I was really excited to receive this Shark mop, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. The item was initially lost in the post and Amazon kindly issued a refund due to the delay. When it eventually arrived about a week later, I contacted Amazon to arrange payment as I wanted to be fair. I used the mop once, and it worked on that first use. However, the second time I went to use it, it stopped working properly. It no longer gets warm and the pads do not rotate at all, which makes it unusable. This was very frustrating, especially as I had been looking forward to using it and expected better reliability from a brand like Shark. Amazon’s customer service was excellent throughout, but sadly the product itself did not live up to expectations. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this mop due to the apparent fault after minimal use.

120V model. I only found out after it stopped working. This should be clearly mentioned in the title: it is 120V and not suitable for UAE 220-240V power. Why is this even being sold on Amazon.ae without a clear warning!

I have been searching and searching for a great mop that I don’t have to repeatedly rinse and wring, rinse and wring. BY GOLLY I FOUND IT!! This is an electric mop you only have to fill with WATER!! Yes, only water! It comes with 2 pads that can be cleaned in the washing machine. I bought a box of 10 extra pads, so I’ve always got plenty. I’ve rewashed them numerous times and they clean fabulously. I don’t put them in the dryer, however. It has several settings low medium and high. I have four small dogs and a white tile floor, so you can imagine how dirty it can get after a rain or snow. This mop is FABULOUS!! If I come across a tough spot, I just spray some Fantastic or 409 on the floor and use the mop with the steamer and ALL GONE!! It’s not like any other cleaner you’ll find. It’s super easy to use and so versatile, it gets all the way against the wall and corners. It has a swivel handle so the mop can go basically anywhere. The only attachments are the pads. They are very easy to put on. The mop is light weight considering the great job it does. I just use a glass measuring cup to put the water in it. Quick and easy. You won’t find yourself scrubbing hard on the floors anymore!!

Excelente solución para limpiar sin utilizar químicos más fuertes y nocivos como Lysol o cloro en los pisos de la casa. Si limpia bien los pisos con loseta, y para limpiar una casa de 2 plantas solo hay que rellenar entre 2 y media o tres veces su depósito de agua. Todo depende de cuánto se utilizará el vapor a presión. Muy recomendable.

Quite impressed to be honest. I come from a long line of mop users and scrubers and despite it technically being a faster setup process. I like this shark steam scrubber a lot more. I cant for my life make coffee in my small kitchen due to lack of counter space, so sometimes i spill coffee and dont get to it right away. Combine that with having cats, sometimes removing dried up sugared coffee mix with some cat hair can be very tedious on the arms when you need to put some backbone into scrubbing. This steam scrubber means less back bone in exchange for some setup time. With pet hair, ive noticed i may have to rinse out the scrub pads that way im not scrubbing with lose hairs but it does a great job lumping the hair and keeping it there otherwise. Ive yet to slap the mats into a washermachine, but ive done manually scrubbing/rinses and see how well they held up against some elbow grease. I didnt need instructions to set it up. Was quite easy to use straight out the box. It does weight a bit but it glides across hardwood/tile floors with easy. Due to its rotating pad its sometimes wont let you navigate it at mock speed in the direction you want it too so just be patient. Oh by the way, i also find that despite the pads being round, they can get into edges quite well. Shared a photo of that. What it does have a hard time dealing with is unleveled wood floors, chipped floors, if your not careful itll flake your floor apart. Ive also noticed that despite steam, some stuff like removing a sticker stuck on the floor may take a while to remove. P.s: if it sounds like its dying, its because it needs water lol. When the water is low , it makes a rumbling noise.
