Check the voltage before hooking it up to your equipment.
I returned this transformer. It never was clear from the listing exactly what the output from this transformer was supposed to be. The listing should have said that it has output terminals for both 12 volt AC and 12 Volt DC.Then the transformer should have produced those voltages or something slightly higher than those voltages.I did not see this when I tested this transformer. The box, in fact, said 24 volts. I believe that is what I received.24 Volts can be useful for a doorbell, ring camera, HVAC, alarm system, etc. if that is what you need. But if the listing says 12V, then the transformer needs to output 12 Volts.

Works, but has a loud buzzing noise. I'm contemplating returning it.
The plug works, and provides the current needed at 12v, so no issues there. The LED light is a nice addition also. However, it makes a buzz when plugged in. If you're going to use it somewhere where noise can bother you, I'd recommend looking at another product. Other than that it works as expected. I haven't had it that long, but the noise does concern me a bit as a problem down the road.

Output was 12V as advertised, even though the box was marked as 24V. Arrived very quickly.

VAC below specified value
Is this a joke? The AC adapter is specified at 12 VAC but it does not get about 11 vac. What a piece of junk. I have photos showing the AC output.
