Has anyone tried grinding this into smaller bits, say with a spice grinder/coffee grinder, to to sprinkle on food instead of salt, or is it too hard?

For me, the flakes are small enough to be sprinkled on foods, so I've never tried grinding the flakes up into even smaller bits.

Hello, All of our dulse is harvested from the North Atlantic Ocean. Our first run was Canada origin, but due to limited supply we had to swap to Maine.
