Is there any reason this won’t work for making stamps in an sla type 3d printer?

this may work, but the polymer used for making printing plates (flexographic) and for making rubber stamps is much more flexible than that is generally used for 3D printing. This may have benefits and/or downfalls that make it more/less desirable to use. Finish product, if the liquid would physically get to the part of being printed, would be much more flexible and would not take weight, but if you were, making gaskets, it might just be Awesome.

Does the finished product turn out green?

Didn't have much success with this product. However, what I did try turned out pale green.
