Go for other product of same price range.
The sound quality is very poor, and the bass is almost nonexistent. In my personal opinion, I would not recommend these earbuds. Instead, consider other products in the same price range, as they offer much better sound quality and overall value. The comfort is also disappointing. After just a few minutes of use, the earbuds start causing pain in my ears. Additionally, I have experienced frequent Bluetooth connectivity issues. Whenever I use the earbuds with my laptop, the Bluetooth connection disconnects repeatedly. The same issue occurs when the earbuds are connected to my mobile phone while another device is paired. The microphone quality is only average and is suitable only for basic calling. To make matters worse, I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but they have not responded to my queries to date. Overall, my experience with this product has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend it.
