The bag is very good quality and was size I was looking for very pleased with everything about bag will order again

Cross body bag arrived on time, looks very nice, but unusable as the strap is defective, will not close and keeps falling off I wish to keep the bag but am told by amazon only alternative is to return the whole item for a refund, would be so much cheaper to return strap, very disappointed

Very disappointed. Took forever to arrive and was very unlike the picture . The return was not smooth either but did receive a full refund eventually
