I have been taking many supplements for many years. My friends all wonder why I look pretty young for my age. I tell them, supplements! Our food just doesn't have what our body's need to function properly. Sad, but true. So, along with my vast assortment of potions and pills, I am always looking for the next health boosting solution. My sister has told me about black seed oil for a long time and I finally bought some from a local eastern store. Wowww! Yes, it is great for all kinds of things and you feel it! However, pulls are so much easier, and when I saw this was fully labeled with non-gmo, gluten free and vegan, I was very interested. But, it gets better. I am very awarebof the power of gren tea, and I just never like to make it or drink it really, as I am a coffee kind guy lol. This gives me both!!! So, I get the incredible effects of the black seed oil and the balancing boost from the green tea. Easy to take and goes well with my normal routine. I'll know better after taking for a while but looks promising! I think this blend is actually really smart. These are clod pressed which preserves the good stuff. Another plus. Hope this helps! Note: It did have a weird extra sticker on it but looks like it is for maybe warehousing purposes. Oh, just to be clear, I am VERY serious about what I put in my body! I looked up Havasu and they really have a great track record. People, we have to be careful, so do your homework! But, these 2 ingredients are long standing and proven in many cases to have a good impact on our health. Now I just added green tea to the mix! Thanks!

I have some mixed feelings in this review. The reason being is that the review is mixed with liquid and capsules. Also, there are some reviews with different labels that contain some questionable ingredients. My bottle does not list those ingredients and I fell a lot better taking this supplement. Someone also said the ingredients could cause cancer. Black seed oil has many beneficial benefits and so that person may have also gotten a bottle with different ingredients. There is a picture of what appears to be a different bottle with some questionable things added according to a reviewer. This cause me some great concern until I studied my supplement that just has black seed oil in capsule form with green tea. The review had listed α-Tocopheryl acetate when in fact it was d-Tocopheryl acetate in the product and which is not a hazard to one's health. So my one star deduction was due to some concerning reviews that were based upon misinformation. That reviewer meant well, it is just that the label was misread which cause me great concern at the time. I have taken black seed oil in the past and it really made me feel better. The liquid was pretty nasty and I took it with a chaser of orange juice or something to take the nasty taste away. Having the oil in a capsule with the bonus of green tea is something that is much more desirable. I have just recently been taking this supplement, after doing my research, and I really like it. The product is really a five star and the deduction was for all the misinformation in the reviews. I will definitely purchase again.

I love it when you order a black seed supplement and when you open the bottle you can smell the black seed oil even through the capsules they are encased in. This is a great quality supplement, I don't mind the taste of black seed oil, but it makes it much easier when I try and get others in my household to use it since no one but me seems to be able to tolerate it. Green tea is a fantastic antioxidant, so it's nice to have it included as well. These are easy to take, and though they do smell very much like black seed oil, I don't feel like I can taste it when I take them or anything like that. Pretty good value as well for a potent and effective product. My skin feels healthier, I had elbow pain for a while and that has resolved itself. Not saying that is purely from the black seed, but it certainly has been one of the things involved in the healing since I've been taking it regularly. Very pleased!

You don't have to guess what is in these capsules as the oil is very visible and if you break one open you will find that the black seed oil is remarkably potent. These have been a part of my supplement regiment for about two weeks and they tend to help me have energy, carry further without a meal, and are fairly easy to swallow. These are not burpless supplements - you will be able to taste the Black Seed oil throughout the day. It isn't awful, but it is present. For the money, you will get a quality supplement that will accomplish what it sets out to do!

I'm not sure I have noticed any impact on my digestion but I do think I've had some reductions in inflammation since using this. I've got several aches and pains from injuries that I've incurred over the years and I've found that changes in diet and supplements that decrease my levels of inflammation have a very noticeable impact on that discomfort. This product seems to be working as joint pain during sleep, etc are improved.

As an added bonus, there is no bad after tastes or burps.

These black seed oil capsules are a decent product. I like that they also contain green tea extract. They are easy to swallow, and I haven’t noticed any aftertaste. I'm taking them for general health and energy support. They're a good way to get black seed oil without the strong taste of the liquid.
