I was skeptical when my PT recommended this to stop the progression of my right foot bunion. I have been using most every night. At first I could only use for a few hours but now I can leave it on all night with no pain. It does NOT CURE or make the bunion smaller but prevents it from getting bigger or worse. I notice I don't experience as much pain with some of my shoes that were a bit painful if I wore them too long. Good to prevent further growth as I do NOT want to get that bunionectomy which takes months of recovery and bed rest.
