What are the ingredients?

In the order: chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (emulsifier), bourbon vanilla beans. It also says:" May contain milk and tree nuts". I hope my answer helped you :)

Is this sold during the summer? How does it arrive so its not melted?

Good question but that should be a question for Amazon. I usually don't order chocolate in the summer because it's hot in summer in Sacramento and if your order get delivered at the end of day, chocolate most likely be melted.

What is the percentage of cocoa in the dark chocolate with sea salt?

It doesn't say on the wrapper. It's a very dark chocolate but not very sweet. Highly recommend this product.

I am pretty sure it says BOX not bag, and I buy 12 at a time.
