This product is phenomenal. Wasnt expecting it to taste so good. It was amazing!! so i checked that box. Then within 30 minutes or so...I felt great. Good energy but not jittery. Lasted for my whole workout and then another hour or so. I really had a great workout. The next day ...did the same thing ...its the real deal.
