Skip the Gatorade/Powerade
High quality ingredients are the first and most important things you should know about this electrolyte. Dissolves well. Blood orange flavor tastes great. It's worth the price tag. Single serving packets make it easy to take on the go. It's great at helping you to stay hydrated, even after sweating a lot. I highly recommend Thorne products.

Great electrolytes with clean ingredients
I really like these electrolytes. The ingredient list is clean and simple, which was very important for me. The box comes with 30 sachets, very convenient for daily use and travel. There is no strong smell, and the taste is light and pleasant, not overpowering. I personally prefer mixing one sachet in a large glass of water — this way it tastes more refreshing and not overly concentrated. I chose these for myself because I’m a breastfeeding mom (long-term) and often feel dehydrated. This has been an easy and gentle way for me to support hydration throughout the day. Overall, high-quality electrolytes that are easy to drink and feel good using daily)

Sickeningly sweet, even at 1/2 dosage
I am reviewing the "blood orange" flavor here. The recommended dose is one package in "at least 12 ounces" of water. At first, I mixed 1 package in 33 ounces (1l) of spring water, and… the result is so sickeningly over-sweetened, I was frankly shocked. Undrinkable. Also, these have no orange flavor, blood or otherwise, whatsoever. The only reason I haven't thrown out the rest of the bag is that Thorne products I've purchased in the past have been of good quality, so I'll finish these using at 1/3 of a package in 33 ounces (1l) of water with another (unflavored) electrolyte product added in. Unless you like your electrolytes very, Very, VERY SWEET – just don't buy these.
