Omg, these are so delish...if you like injera (& spice!) you'll love these! (I like heat/spice & the medium version packs plenty for me.) Haven't tried with dips yet because they are so tasty on their own. A bit pricy, but w/shipping wrapped in & lack of other outlets guess I can't complain too much. Fair warning, they are addictive!

Love the level of spice. Dip it in the lentil dip the company sells. The brown one is more viscous than the dryer yellow one.Or dip it in hummus and/or tziki, or kimchee! yummmIt can get spicy so go with the Garlic and Salt version if you can’t take spicy.I can eat a raw jalapeno and I think Medium Spicy can get hot after a few chips.

Ive bought these a few times now and want to break the habit because the cost is high but… I can’t :)Such a unique and delicious snack. Super yummy, crispy, spicy, and really tastes like great injera.

I love injera. It’s just too cold to ferment here in the Andes. These chips are the next best thing. I only wish the quantity was larger.
