Good product, great support = Fantastic value
The bike is a decent e-bike, nothing to write home about, but decent quality and works as expected. Great for a teen or someone looking to putt around or get around a neighborhood for example. I really do like the wide tires for stability. The ride is comfortable, both on road and dirt/gravel/grass type paths. I would normally give this a 4/5 stars, what I expect, but not knock your socks off great on its own. However, we had a minor connector issue and working with HiKeep support was fantastic! They helped troubleshoot and were patient with the time differences and long communication delays on my part. Ended up narrowing down the believed culprit and sent the replacement part with no questions asked. Installed the new part and back to full functionality! So 5/5 stars because a good product with great support in my eyes equals a fantastic value and is worthy of the 5 stars.

Great bike, some minor things to keep a look out for
Great bike for me & occasionally my daughter! Just passed 900 miles casually riding & occasionally picking my daughter up from school. The headlight & controller box under the seat are made of weak plastic, but zip ties & gorilla tape fixed that. The only 2 issues I've had were a loose connection in the controller box under the seat & the breaks cutting out. Need to take the brakes off & advance the back pad, no need to adjust the wire.

Terrible communication if you have a problem.
The initial quality seemed okay, except for the brakes. They did not stop the bike quickly if you were going over 20 MPH. The throttle quit working on the third day. They offered to cover it under warranty, but communication was really difficult, and lots of messages went unanswered. After waiting a week and not received a shipment notification, I paid for one through their eBay store since it was supposed to ship out of NJ, which is usually 2 days shipping to NC. They waited 2 days to ship it, then shipped out of CA which took over a week. The warranty one did eventually show up. Three weeks later the hub motor had a problem, which they also offered to cover under warranty, but said it would take over a month to get. I didn't want to wait, so I paid $259 plus an additional $20 for expedited shipping directly from their website. After waiting a week and not receiveing any notification, I reached out. They said it was going to take just as long as the warranty wheel! I was offered a refund, but it took two weeks of messaging and hassle before I got my money back. I've had the bike a little over 3 months now, and it has only worked for about three weeks. The warranty wheel was supposed to ship almost two weeks ago, but I have heard nothing and have not received the wheel. I will never buy from this company again.

Amazing
I have had couple different ebikes in the past. Of various brands, this company has the best product ive tryed for the price. Easy to assemble. Comfortable and stable. But, most importantly, this company actually cares about there customers. Ive had a few issues. Not there fault (popped tires, and one accident) and the company works the hardest to try to support you. If you want security, knowing the company actually cares, recommend there products.

Good Bike
Overall good bike, handles really good on dirt roads. Picks up speed quickly. My son got it up to 31MPH. My self I hit 25MHP with no issues and was like this fast enough for me.Battery life not quite what is listed in the product description 35 to 70 miles on a full charge. More like 20 miles full throttle only, with average speed between 15-20mph.I will have to try out different setting speed and peddling to maximize battery life.Head light works really well at night.

Solid Design and Performance at a Fair Price
The integrity of the base is great. There are a few upgrade items such as hydro brakes, tires, etc that would make it better. I prefer getting the bike at this low price and then paying for the items mentioned. I also want to give praise to the Customer Support staff (Mikasa). A wrong item was sent on a part order (it happens). Their remedy performance was outstanding. I would/will buy HiKeep again, product and parts.

It was in the top 5
A great bike and very sturdy bike. It is really slow on step hills. The headlight is great. Dont use it. That light will eat 3 bars in less then 5 miles. They dont tell you that part. It doesnt get no 60 miles on a full charge. Thats on flat ground maybe. With hills you might get 35 miles on a full charge. Thats my round trip too work. I will buy a faster bike. Hikeep is a good bike fir the price. The new ford ebike is garbage $4k for a 28 mph try like 21 mph. Thats called rich folks trying to look cool. Worst design ever. Its like a motorcyle, enjoy the back hurting

Overall good bike, mine came in broke and needs new key/throttle part
Bike overall looks solid. Mine came in broke the key/ throttle part is cracked in half so the key is just dangling. Also with that part broke, the spring inside the throttle doesn't disengage causing the bike to keep going even when you don't twist the throttle. Are you able to send a replacement throttle instead of me doing a full return? It would be easier just to install a new throttle then ship the whole bike back.
