Using the OURA ring for 4 months nearly - so far so good, zero complains - my Ultrahuman ring had an interesting feature of showing brain age - which I miss in this ring , but the major issue with ultrahuman was within 2/3 months of purchase the ring stopped connecting with the app , started having post firmware upgrade issues etc - though their customer care in India was fab and tried their best to support but had to return that right and post that I got OURA and it had atleast 2 upgrades (app + ring ) in last 4 months - but nothing stopped it , another delinging feature OURA is giving 6 months extended subscription to all early adopters in India so I would suggest people go for it and have ur ring. By the way mine is size 6 and golden , looks bit worn in 4 month with craches etc but that's fine and unavoidable as we work / exercise all the time :)

Oura trying to take as much money as possible. Without the subscription this device is useless. They Do not even show the basic sleep stages. Just this as u can see in the pic. Pay 707 every month (with gst) to keep using the device which you bought for almost 30k. For oura, Add subscription fee on top and for 4 years (thats how much the battery lasts)you pay around 34000 as just the subscription fee. So a total of around 63k for 4 years. And after 3-4 years, buy a new ring again. A 30k Apple watch does way more then this device for just the 30k price tag. Rings Battery lasts for 3-4 years only. No option of getting battery replaced, just buy a new ring. I have been a user since 2019 (bought it from their website back then n had it imported). They used to give sleep stage insights as part of the free plan. I thought it will be the same this time also. But since they give 1 month subscription free the first month, I couldnt check this. And now, since my subscription has ended, I am actually not very happy with this. if I wanted to pay an annual subscription fee or a monthly subscription fee, I would have bought Whoop, but I do not like paying subscriptions for everything I buy. One should go for garmin band, or fittr ring as this feels like day light robbery. Will be trying garmin band and hart ring now to see which one is better or comparable to ouras insights n then shift to it.

The sleep review is excellent. I have problems with sleep and the ring is really helping me. One problem is it doesn't track walking on the treadmill if you keep your hands on the bar but that's an easy fix. Sensitivity is good. The charge stays for over 7 days.

The ring has been great other than the battery life. I love the features and it has motivated me to meet my excercise goals and also to stay active throughout the day. The fit is great and I don't feel any discomfort from the sensors. Looks nice with my other jewellery too, despite being a bit bulky. The battery has a little issue, but customer support remotely checked it and are supposed to be sending me a replacement. I will upgrade my review to five stars when I receive it.

I bought an Oura Ring from Amazon India a few days ago, and it was dead right out of the box. No sensor lights, no readings—just a blinking red light. I contacted Oura support multiple times and went through all the troubleshooting steps they suggested, including soft resets and factory resets. They eventually confirmed it was a hardware failure and told me they would send a replacement. I waited 14 days with no update. When I followed up, I got a completely different response. They said they can no longer ship replacements to India and that because I purchased the ring through Amazon, I’m not eligible for warranty support. They also confirmed this in writing via email. Fortunately, Amazon handled the situation really well. They approved a full refund and arranged a pickup of the defective ring. What confuses me is that the Oura Ring is still being sold on Amazon India. If Oura won’t provide replacements or warranty support in India anymore, how does that work for customers here? Has anyone in India recently had a successful warranty claim or received a replacement from Oura?

Delivery took longer than expected, but i am happy with the ring. It does exactly what they advertise. Its a nice to have.
