Took me a little while to get the amount and blend right for a new brew method device with only a #2 cone size. But was smooth and gentle to the taste.

We tried a bunch of other flavors from this brand and came back to the Costa Rican Tarrazu. Wifey prefers a more burnt (Starbuks) flavor while i enjoy a medium roast. The Costa Rican Tarrazu is a good mix of the two. Add a toeaspoon of honey for some sweetness...

It is very good
When I was in Costa Rica, I really liked the local coffee. It was always good, no matter whether I bought it at an expensive restaurant or a cheap roadside cafe. And so I found this coffee variety that I think is just as good, and I like it.
