Jeez my mum loves this the only detox she uses to clense her belly Good for people who have constipation down side gives you a killer appetite lol Very hash to your belly I don't like the smell but if you want great results take this at night morning time don't go anywhere please if you don't go water like poop ur not fully dexoxed take one more..check for ingredients first some ppl had bad reaction to use.
