How to clean between day to day use and month to month?

You will want to make sure to sanitize your disc before first use and before or after each period. One method for doing this is to boil your disc for 4-5 minutes (use tongs or a whisk to keep the disc from touching the bottom of the pot). An alternative to boiling is to thoroughly wipe the disc with 70% isopropyl alcohol on a soft cloth and allow the alcohol to evaporate. During your period, you can clean your disc by first rinsing it with cold water (to prevent stains/odors) and then washing it using hot water and Saalt Wash or another mild, pH-balanced soap that is fragrance-free, oil-free, and rinses clean with no residue.

Does Amazon do returns for this if I bought the wrong size?

Some items, typically hygiene items, are not returnable. Check each item right below the price

Is there a recommended size for postpartum?

We recommend disc sizing based on cervix height during menses. For a medium to high cervix (2nd knuckle to 3rd knuckle) we recommend the Saalt Disc Regular. For a low cervix (one knuckle) we recommend the Saalt Small Disc. We hope this helps!

Is this cup as soft as the Reusable Flex Disc?

Great question! Our disc is slightly softer than the Flex reusable and disposable discs. We hope this helps!
