I have tried 3 other devices for my dry eyes. This one has been the absolute best by far. I have not needed my eye drops in the middle is the night. It’s super easy to use, gets hot within a minute and shuts off automatically after 10 minutes. I recommend this to anyone suffering from Dry Eye.

Great eye mask and excellent customer service.I’m very happy with this heated eye mask. It’s comfortable and soothing (great for my dry eye and meibomian glands). It does a great job providing gentle warmth and relaxation. I would definitely recommend. The control switch is easy to use. You can set the desired time and level of heat and it shuts off automatically when the time is up. Comes with a year warranty. My control switch stopped working after 10 months. I contacted customer service and they sent me a brand new which I received within 3 days. It’s nice to know that a company stands behind its product and takes care of their customers. I was very impressed with how helpful and fast they responded. I’m very happy with my experience. I give this a 5 star even though the control switch stopped working after 10 months. I have been looking for an electric dry eye mask for a few years now, but hadn't found something that I thought could replace the ones that had to be microwaved. I wanted something that would be warm enough and which would fit effectively over the eyes without being oversized. I also badly wanted something that would fit into my lifestyle better that having to go at night downstairs to the microwave to heat up the mask, or to go without the treatment every night I wasn't at home.I certainly found that in the Wizard Eye Mask! It fits perfectly over my eyes and is warm enough to do the job of helping soften clogged meibomian glands. The programmer is easy to use but very effective in adjusting the temperature setting and adding time to the program. I found it very safe to even sleep in it, as it was very soothing to use. This mask also encourages me to use it more often, and I am sure my eye doctor with see a difference in my dry eyes because of the greater frequency of use.I am so very happy to have found this mask which has been scientifically developed to specifically treat dry eyes, and which makes treating them so much easier. It can be taken everywhere, and is small enough to go in a purse or laptop case. The mask is very well made and professional. I am eager to show it to my eye doctor, as he is always open to discover what will help his patients. So far so good. I tried three other brands, including Bruder, which burned in the microwave after just a few weeks, before deciding to try the most expensive, high-end product in the the hope that the quality would be better and that it would be worth the price. A bit nervous because there have been some negative reviews, but so far I'm loving it. There is conflicting information about the warranty on the Amazon site, but hopefully any problems will be dealt with by the company. Doesn't need charging. I just leave it on the table next to my couch, and twice a day I just put on the mask, turn it on at the 8 setting, and relax for ten minutes. It then turns itself off automatically. Just what I needed to ease my dry eyes twice a day.

This product worked great for my dry eyes. Best product out there as it only takes 10 minutes to get relief. The only problem is that it stopped working after about 6 months. There is something wrong with the electrical components of this mask and I wish they would fix this problem.
