Is there salt in this?

I ended up throwing away the product due to the cinnamon in it. We just couldn’t get used to cinnamon flavored pickles. I do not recall any salt however.

Gluten is listed as "wheat", "barley", “rye”, “oats”, “spelt”, “triticale”, “kamut” or any protein containing part thereof and hybridized strains of these grains in our ingredient statements. If no ingredient statement appears on the product label, then the product is as it appears in the product name (e.g. black pepper). Any one use this for pickled bologna?

I haven’t tried it for bologna but it is a good pickling spice. I like it a lot.

is this the same product as the grocery store 1.5 ounce pickling spice?

Yes. Might be a little courser than the small bottles. Love mine.

Just finished 14 qts. of Bread & Butter Pickles. The pickles came out great though most will wait a while before I open a canning jar. The spices were nicely mixed and provided the seasoning I wanted. Mind you that big tub of spices will last me through next year. Don't hesitate this brand will provide the seasoning.
